Barely 24 hours after they regained freedom, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) yesterday summoned former Ministers of Aviation Chief Femi Fani-Kayode and Prof. Babalola Borishade.
Also summoned was a former Director-General of the Nigeria Airspace Management Agency (NAMA), Mr. Roland lyayi.
The three suspects were released on bail on Wednesday by a Chief Magistrates' Court after 10 days in detention.
They were arraigned before the court in connection with their ongoing probe over the alleged mismanagement of the N19.5billion aviation intervention fund.
